Affiliated Clubs

The purpose of O-clubs is to generate active memberships, produce maps and to organize almost all O-events. The Federation (OQ) serves as a coordinating body, an assisting body and, along with the Canadian Orientering Federation (COF), sets standards, procedures and fees for the sport. Through the COF, OQ members are affiliated to the International Orienteering Federation (IOF), presently comprising hundreds of thousands of Orienteers in about 40 countries around the World.
